Brittney S. mom, wife, sister, friend, coach and Founder of Guided Direction, LLC on a mission to empower.  She has a firm belief that every person has a gift to share with the world. We may not know what our gift is, we all have at least one. We often must dig deep within ourselves to identify that gift. Allowing your gift to manifest so that we can show up as our whole self-daily. As an executive coach and life coach she is committed to partnering with clients to identify their gifts and remove obstacles. 

Brittney specialty is leadership and behavior change. Assisting clients with establishing a sustainable lifestyle that matches their goals. She helps clients to regain their footing, partnering with them to get back to their maximum potential. While increasing confidence in ones gifts. Lastly, she empowers clients to establish personal accountability to sustain their balanced lifestyle. 

She is a Maryland native with decades of experience leading teams and driving impact across the technology and business sectors. With a strong foundation in both systems thinking and organizational development, she has built a career helping individuals and teams thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Leadership Circle Profile™ coach, she blends deep professional experience with powerful coaching tools to support leaders in unlocking clarity, building confidence, and navigating change with intention.
